We are providers for Delta Dental, Metlife, United Healthcare, Aetna, United Concordia, Cigna, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, Principle, GHEA, the Standard and select others. Our office facilitates payment plans through a great financing partner, Care Credit. Qualified applicants can enjoy no or low-interest payment plans depending on the amount and length of repayment. Additionally, we also accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, and cash.
