Were in network with Delta Dental, Metlife, United Healthcare, Aetna, United Concordia, Cigna, Ameritas, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian, Principle, Standard among others. Our office facilitates payment plans through a financing partner, Care Credit. Qualified applicants can enjoy no or low-interest payment plans depending on the amount and length of repayment. Additionally, we also accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, and cash. We NO LONGER accept personal Checks.
